Loyalty Reward Not Received

I recently requested a £10 iTunes voucher as part of my loyalty reward with o2. I requested this on the 7th of July 2018, but have so far not received it as of the 6th of August as I write this. Does anyone know how I can contact someone somewhere to resolve this issue?

Hi Marjo,

I contacted some sort of customer service, but I was told to call 313 to get it sorted out. I rang 313 and just got an automated service, so I haven’t got any further with this. Still no iTunes voucher. I really don’t know where to turn or what to do. Can you help?

Hi I'm having the same issue now. I know it's nearly two years on but did this ever get resolved? I haven't been able to figure out how to contact anyone at this time because the call centres are all basically down.
