Ive topped up my partners mobile via the telephone using my card details. He hasnt recieved it but it is showing as taken from my bank.
Ive spent an hour and 30mins waiting to speak to someone. Can anyone help

Check you have topped up the correct number, @Lorraine1 - it will be in the e-mail receipt you should have got.
And no, O2 do not refund top-ups applied to the wrong number, sorry - no point calling them.
