Lost sim

Hello,

I was on an 02 contract for a long time but I moved to Germany so I moved the number to pay as you go as a way to keep it. I had the new pay as you sim sent to my bother in the UK because it needed to be activated in the UK. After activating it and putting £10 on, he sent it to me in Germany along with all the paperwork it came with, this was some months ago. The package got lost in the post. Now I can't pass security because I don't know the sim number and when I try to guess the account balance, I would expect it to be £10 but apparently I am wrong. Is there anything I can do?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
