Lost phone

O2 said they would send new SIM with same Number Pay as u Go

This did not arrive

Tried again but was asked many security questions I coul not 

answer as I have lost phone!!!

Maybe they meant the phone number? but the sim number would have been on the sim packaging if you still have that?

The date of the last top up would be an approx date and you should know the amount. Do you remember the security details? Have you registered for My O2? Most of the information you require would be there.
