Hi,

I have lost my pay as you go SIM card. I live overseas. My husband is visiting next week and I wanted to order a replacement sim. But I’m also locked out of My O2 account as I didn’t remember the password. So it keeps sending a code to my number when I try to reset the password. Is there a way to reset my password or replace my SIM card please.

@Pratyusha

Try messaging O2 on social media.

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on +44 344 8090222 (PAYG)

Your husband may also be able to do it in store when he's here but will need photo ID relating to the person the sim is registered to.

Otherwise he can get a new sim but with a different number.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
