I have a monthly bolt on and in the space of 5 minutes I received 2 messages one, I had nearly used my data then about 20 seconds later that all my bolt on data had gone 500gb of data disappeared of my bolt on, I was connected to my own home wifi and listening to my normal samsung music player which does not use data ?

Data is becoming a real problem. Showing in all sorts of peculiar ways via My O2 including data disappearing.

You need to call O2. Various numbers in this link

Well I rang up and was told theres nothing she can do, even though it's taking £1 a day from my credit for the data that I am not using and to phone back when the lockdown has lifted by which time I could have lost £21 worth of credit what a joke

Just turn Mobile data off and use Wifi.
