I should have GBP11 in my Pay As You Go account. However, when I logged onto O2 website to check just now the balance was GBP0. Please help. Thank you.

You will need to check with O2 on 4445, @Nancy2916 - nobody here has access to your account.
Also try logging into MyO2 via browser rather than app to cross-check: https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin

I did check the balance on the O2 website. I am overseas at the moment and even though I have to pay for expensive IDD I have tried calling the customer service number but it was forever busy.
