I had more then 35GBP before I went abroad. After sending four messages through Aeromobile service, I lost all my credit. How to get them back?

Hi @JjWang

I note you were in Hong Kong.

Also on PAYG. This means you weren't eligible for O2 Travel .

So you would be paying international rates every time you used your phone

http://international.o2.co.uk/internationaltariffs/travelling_abroad#

Now I'm not inferring that 4 texts would have cost you that amount but as soon as your phone was turned on, it would connect to a network and start updating etc.

However, we have no access to your account as this is a community forum run by members like yourself. You need to contact O2. A few choices. Either call, using any number in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

OR use social media.

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

They will be able to tell you where your credit has gone.

Best of luck.
