Have you recently topped up.
If it was converted to a Bundle then your balance will show as zero.
If in doubt call 4445 or

PAYG sims have to be kept active by making a call or topping up (if on a bundle) at least once every 6 months.
If not the sim will be disconnected and the balance will show as zero.
