I was a Pay Monthly customer who went Pay as you go, can someone tell me if I am "locked in" to o2? I cannot get my SIM to work from my new mobile provider.
Thankyou

Do you mean is your phone locked to O2?
That will depend when you purchased the phone as it is some time since O2 locked them
However, there is some useful information in this guide

@pamc Did you request a PAC to move your number to your new provider? You would need to call O2 Pay & Go customer service on 4445.
If you can't call you can reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

O2 stopped locking their phones in 2018. So if bought after that it should be unlocked
Also you need a new sim as contract and PAYG are different.
Then to activate it you need to top up using a voucher first. Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)
