Hello,

I have my main pay monthly contract for myself. I also have two pay as you go numbers that I have previously added to my pay monthly account.

Today I noticed that one of the numbers was no longer showing. When I tried to add it, it says that "Sorry, we can't find any products or services for mobile number".  And when I go to top up online, I get the error "Sorry, we can't find any products or services for mobile number." This number is a pay as you go number and still in use.

Anyone got any ideas?

Cheers.

Hey, thanks for replying. Did send them a message on Twitter on Friday. Still waiting to hear a reply. I did manage to get through to someone on live chat, who said that it was no longer possible which I thought was a bit weird. Anyway, it seems to have resolved itself now!
