Limited edition bundles

I have the £15 big bundle with 15gb. I was told I would get the 20gb by text. On the 16dec I got 5gb extra making 20gb. However although I had 22gb left from Nov only 15gb rolled over not 20gb. I e mailed o2 but no response. Now I am coming up to my next renewal I wonder will the same happen again?
