Not all PAYG Tariffs are eligible for the Lend A Quid service, and this includes the Big Bundle Tariffs.

I would reach out to 02 on 4445 from your phone or via Social Media, send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

@Embo73 I'm fairly certain that option disappeared many moons ago. You can call Pay & Go customer service on 4445.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Only available on some older tariffs.

If you don't get the option when calling 4444 then your tariff is not eligible.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
