Am leaving o2 pay as you go and have pac code but now need to unlock my phone from o2 but cannot get hold of anyone via phone or live chat. How do I unlock phone? Thanks

You can request the unlock codes via MyO2 but if I remember right there is a charge for pay as you go customers and you need to have credit on your account.

Also are you sure it is locked as if memory serves me O2 don’t lock their phones anymore

O2 have sold unlocked phones since 2018. Completely free to unlock any phone now
