Hi, 

I joined O2 6 days ago with a Pay monthly,sim only 12 months contract. Despite several attempts, my old number still not transferred to O2 yet. I contacted costumer service yesterday. A very friendly staff arranged it to be transferred today by 6  pm, but this is not happened.  I am not happy with the service provided by O2, and want to leave. Do I need to pay any fee? 

If not, how I can cancel my contract with O2.  I am deeply disappointed with the service.

@Nurcan You'll need to speak to customer service. You have 14 days to change your mind. You shouldn't be charged, unless you made chargeable calls from your phone.
Call 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
