Ok so I have had the worst experience ever with O2. I planned on going on a trip to europe and originally in spain I was fine with my 15£ pay as you go plan. But now Im in the balkans and originally in croatia everything worked too. However on my way to montenegro about 500m from the border my data roaming absorbed my 35£ top up balance before I was at the croatian side of the border or before I even got the O2 text saying your rates are 7£ per MB. To make it even worse I tried Live Chat, Tried calling +44 7860980202 or 4445 and nothing worked. Eventually I gave up and thought all right its unfair but Ill just lose the money and then I topped up my account 20£ because my tariff moved to as 20£ bundle. But then out of nowhere O2 charged me 0.01£ for absolutely nothing and now I cant afford my bundle and once again I cant contact them I have also tried there social media and nothing works. Im so upset and nothing has helped please can someone help me!
