O2 online chat not working. I am trying to find out how to keep a phone number when I change phones. I'm staying with o2 but new phone requires a micro sim so I'm not sure how to transfer number over. Thanks

@Anonymous What size sim do you have at the moment? You may be confusing sim size names. Most new phones require nano sims, which are smaller than micro sims. If you already have a micro sim and need a nano sim for your new phone, take a look to see if there are perforations on the sim. If there are, you can pop the nano sim out and use it in your new phone without having to swap.
