I got a new phone last week and was changing over from Vodaphone to o2 but wanted to keep my old number, so I did the usual get the PAC code and fill in the online form to get it swapped however after a few days it had still not changed over. I tried it a second time and waited again and my number has still not swapped over. has anyone else came across this problem?

@Ray1218 You can contact customer service https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus, but you'll probably need to speak to Vodafone customer service as well. Trying to port your number over the holiday period isn't most likely the best time to be doing that. Good luck. Hope you get the port sorted soon.

There have been problems with all the online forms. The best option is to ring them.
