This is a public forum @Lukewroe88 so your number is visible to everyone. Please come back and remove it (click the down arrow to the right of your username and select edit post).

If you had a pay as you go sim that has been turned off, you need to contact o2 customer services to see if they can turn it back on again.

It may be that your number has been recycled depending on how long it's been inactive for.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
