I am in the process of changing from pay as you go to contract and want to keep my number I have found the form I need to complete but I’m unsure if I put in I’m on pay as you go and the mo I want to transfer or that I’m on contract and the number that has been assigned

You say you are on PAYG and want to transfer your current number.

You can also contact O2 by phone to do it.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Ye got a new contract sim and just want the no transferred over found a form but isn’t easy to now which details you need to put in
