Keeping an old number

Ive got a new phone with a new sim and we need to transfer the old number to the new sim/phone.
No assistance from o2 yet during the covid-19.
The o2 swap member won't send from the new phone.
Can anyone help me.

Did you get a new number with the new phone or was it an upgrade?

Phone was upgraded we needed a new sim card. So new phone has new sim with new number...thanks

Use your old sim card if it's the same size
