Keep pay as you go SIM active

Hi. I have a classic pay as you go SIM. Could you advise how often I need to use it to keep it active. I know this has been asked before but I could not see a recent post so wanted to check the current situation. Thanks

You need to make a chargeable call every six months

Thanks jonsie. That's what I thought, but an O2 shop told me it is now every month?? Any idea what that is about?

Never heard that and it's simply not true

I have a Classic sim and Only call my home phone every six months

Not been deactivated yet in the last 18 months
