I have a new O2 pay as you go phone and sim. I want to keep my old O2 pay as you go number and filled out a ‘keep my number’ form. I got a message saying ‘We’re unable to identify & proceed further with your request as the details provided in the form is mismatched on our system.’ I have double checked and the details I gave were correct. I can’t just use my old sim as it is damaged. Is there a way to sort this problem?

If your old sim is damaged you need O2 to handle this for you. Your best bet, if you can, is to pop instore. Far quicker to sort than any other option. If you are unable to do this, I will ask one of our account advisors @O2Lisa to help you. She is on at 9am.
