I moved from an O2 contract to Pay As You Go and wanted to keep my old number.
I have sent the online form - https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number/online-form with all relevant details including PAC coades. This was 4 days ago.
The number has not been changed, so I called today. After being directed to the right department, I was put on hold for 15 minutes before being cut off.
What am I supposed to do now to resolve this?
