I have a simple question.
Have people used this link to submit a form to keep a number : https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number/online-form
It is to keep a number. I have been trying since friday 2nd Sept 2022, putting in the correct details, as advised on a 4445 call with an o2 advisor, and then when I hit submit, it comes up with an "opps something went wrong, try later" error. Is the website working?
I am a bit suspicious that this process is marked for such action as a deliberate action intended for users to give up instead of solving a customer requirement. I hope I am very wrong

It's been playing up for a while now but nothing ever gets fixed quickly unfortunately.

Also having the ssame problem., I dont use sodding Twitter, FB or IG, and have no intentions of doing so.
O2 fix this now or you can forget your monthly contract!

If the form isn't working then you need to try customer services directly @obb , either by calling 202 or using live chat...

I have this problem too, did you manage to get it sorted and iif so how? 202 doesn't work for me as I am on pay as you go rolling.

I had the same problem, then tried to contact on instant messages and it says everyone is busy and try again later, then ends conversation! Not that impressed with my first dealings with O2. Will have try again later
