When I have used up my GiffGaff credit I hope to bring my number across to my O2 PAYG SIM.

I have had this sim for some months, will it still be OK to transfer, or will I need to get a new sim.

There is no time limit on porting in your number to O2.
It doesn't matter how long you have had the SIM for it will just change on your current O2 SIM card.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@Cleoriff thanks for that. I had checked that out but it implies it is for NEW sims e.g.
"Let us know your PAC when you place your order."

I just wondered if there was a time limit, as I said, I have had mine for a few months.

A PAC is only valid for 30 days so you need to request another from giffgaff
