Joint account which we need to seperate

My husband and I share aO2 account with 2 different numbers but we need to split and have separate accounts and invoices?  How do we do this?

The only way is to wait until one contract has reached its minimum term and then cancel it.

Take a new account with different details and migrate the phone number to it.

You posted in PAYG but I guess you are contract.

Sadly, if you split one of you will have to take out a new contact as it will require a separate credit check for that person to have an account in their name

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
