Joined O2, signal very poor

I swapped from EE to O2 last Weds on PAYG Sim, and my number finally changed today.

The signal in my house is pretty non existent now (was perfectly fine with EE and signal checker with O2 says it should be good). Is this because the swap maybe hasnt fully happened and will sort itself out, or is this it?

Also how many days do I get to cancel incase signal doesnt improve, is it from day of order or day of number swap (today)

Nothing has changed unfortunately, no 4G in my house and very rarely 1 bar. Get it elsewhere. Any way to get round this, or not at all?

Just dawned on me you are PAYG so after 30 days you can get your PAC from O2 Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update] and move back to EE.
