Ive topup’d my number but the app is down so i cant use the credit to purchase the big bundle. I need to do so by today so the unused data can be roll-out. Please assist.

Sorry, there is nothing we can do here as we are all customers and customer service on live chat closes in 5 mins.

Have you tried calling 4444 or 4445 to see if you can do it over phone?
