I’ve got 02 rewards that I have earned since 1st July. I want to save these to add on to my existing balance, however this is no option to save them only spend it. Any ideas why this is or how I can save these so they add to my existing balance.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thanks for the reply but I have tried that previously without success. I want to save rather than claim as well. I did wonder if I had to wait until a certain date to do this but I am unsure.
Thanks for the response. Again it doesn't seem to work. I am wondering if I need to wait until a certain date before I can save my outstanding points. Not sure what the solution is at this point
