Hi, I don't understand my tariff.

I don't use the phone for any data but the only way to get international calls seemed to be to het a minimum bundle of £10 and then add a bolt on for £2. I logged in today to check and I have the bundle data which I won't use and the bolt on is active until the 19th of October. I called Poland today but was disconnected due to low balance. However even my £0.36 p should have been enough for a decent call if my international minute is 1p a minute. I don't know how to fix that and how to keep my SIM when I'm just not getting what I need so I keep wasting £10/ a month without getting the international minutes in the end.can you check my account and help?

Use WhatsApp and get the person you are calling to get WhatsApp too and you can call over wifi for free for as long as you want to.

No thank you... my query is about how not to waste £10 on O2 when the offer isn't clear. not about other apps and no my parents won't use WhatsApp .

I did think this is a customer support portal actually. What a useless idea..get ur own customers to do the cs work for free

You need to have a minimum credit on your PAYG sim to be able to make International Calls,

Why not port out and switch to either Lebara or Lyca which give you included calls to international numbers..

To add it tells you when you sign up that its a customer to customer community, in future pick up the phone and speak to o2 on 4445 or 0344 809 0222

Easy answer is you can't.

You need, I think, a minimum of £1.00 credit and the minimum top up is £10.00.

My suggestion would save that cost, but that's your choice.
