Anyone having problems with receiving phone calls.for 2 days now I have not been able to receive calls it just keeps saying num not recognize when you phone.tried customer service with out any help

Yes. All service: calls in, out and SMS would be affected. If you have WiFi at home, you could use something like WhatsApp. As you are PAYG, did you have enough credit to cover your Big Bundle renewal, @Na5?

Yes had money on phone.I can ring out but can't receive calls.can't get any help via customer service I'm sick of being robbed of.not live chat just a robot
