Immediate Bundle Change

Hi, I loaded 10GBP for the first time but it only applied 5 for the 5 bundle, I actaully wanted the 10 bundle. When I tried to change it will only change it in a months time, how do I change this to start immediatley please?

You will need to call Customer Services to get the bundle changed immediatley

If you call 4445 when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
