Hi,
I heard about the offer of extra data on a £10+ bundle, an offer which expires at the end of the month. So I got a SIM card (which I had ordered a few months ago), created an account and topped up. To my surprise I was put on the £5 bundle which is no good to me and I can't move to the £10 bundle until next month. What can I do?

You need to call O2 on 4445. You may not be able to change immediately unless you call them.
Even then they may say you have to wait another month. Call now and check
