Hey guys,

So I'm going to be overseas for three months and I was wondering what will happen to my number if I become inactive. Also, what can I do to keep my number from becoming inactive when I come back to use it?

Would appreciate the advice slight_smile

Hi @Shasya To keep your number active you need to make a chargeable call or text every 6 months and top up every 999 days. You should have no problem at all

Contract or PAYG phone?

I presumed PAYG....However, if it's contract, you just need to keep paying your bills via Direct debit @Shasya
