Are you new to O2 PAYG @Ogesy01 ? 

If you are, I think that you'll need to go into MyO2 and selected that you want to buy a £10.00 Big Bundle. That should give you a month's call and texts and 8Gb of data. 

If you cannot get onto MyO2, you can do it by text :-
