Hello,
I stopped all of a sudden receiving text messages while in Europe. I'm on Pay & Go Tariff, I have Monthly Bolt International Travel - no changes were made from my end, but all of a sudden I can't get anymore messages. I've tried to contact O2 Customer Service, but they referred me to O2 Community Help!!!

Some things to try.
1 - Manually search for a different network.
2 - Reboot your phone
3 - Call customer service to check for any roaming bars.
4 - Remove and replace your sim card.
