I write you, because I need help for make a contract with O2, when I try do it, the web, it say me "This time, you didn’t meet our minimum level". What can I do about this?
Since 3 months, I am a O2 customer, I have a Pay as you go SIM card, and, I would like take a SIM plan contract for 12 months, the plan has 100GB monthly and a cost of 20£ monthly. I have called to service customer but I haven´t got options.
I would need this plan, I would send you all the information you would can request.

@Josue_N108 It sounds as if you haven't passed the credit check. If you would like to discuss this with customer service you can call one of the numbers in the link below. 0800 587 4005 should be the first one to try.
