Ported to O2 from Lyca and can’t seem to receive text or use iMessage or FaceTime!

Settings >Phone >My Number, Edit, save and reboot, or reset your network settings.

Didn’t work 😞

 

When I turned my phone on this morning, I realised that I can receive sms but I can’t access my FaceTime and iMessage

That will be because your number is wrong in the settings above or no number is listed in "start conversations from".

If you cannot edit or add your number you need to try resetting your network settings first and if that fails, you will need to get a new sim from O2.

Quickest way is to pop in store with photo ID.
