@Akhlaq_shah What phone do you have? Do you have your mobile data switched on in your settings? Is roaming enabled on your account? You can call customer service using Skype using the numbers in this link: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Because you're not buying anything, O2 won't consider your call important, so use the Lost/Stolen or Fraud option if you have to, to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.

You probably have a roaming bar on your account and you need to contact O2 to lift the bar

If you have an iPhone, try changing the APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk" or if PAYG "payandgo.o2.co.uk

Also, if a thread is moved, you don't normally get an Access Denied message? That happens if posts are removed.
