Hi...
Recently I bought a sim...
Today I recharged and activated it with 10 pounds...
After the amount credited, O2 send me a message as "We are taking 10 Pounds and giving you 7GB data..."
I don't know why they do that...
Actually I don't need the data...
How can I get the money back...
I have not used a single KB of the data they given...
This happened just now...
Also they messaged me like...
" Keep sufficient balance, we'll take another 10 pound after few days..."
What to do...?

Credit is exchanged for allowances which is the only type of tariff that O2 do.

There are no refunds rither.
If you want a basic PAYG you need to look at giffgaff or 1pMobile.
