I live in Spain, so when I tried to enter my address it said enter a valid postcode

 It doesn't recognize my Spanish postcode. So how can I put in my details? I usually top up with a topup card when I go to the UK, but because of COVID I haven't been able to travel.

You need to use a service such as https://mobiletopup.co.uk/o2 to top up your o2 pay sim card.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
