Hi, I need to pay my final bill. I have left O2. I can;t get into MyO2 app, probably because I have left O2, but I am getting chased to pay my final bill. I just want to pay it but cannot.
The phone number is not working, when I call it I am asked to key in my mobile number - it then says it is not recognised.
Please advise.

You need to borrow a phone and ring Payment Management.
