I have a problem with the sim card It's old and has stopped working, but sometimes there is a chance that it will turn on and now it won't.

Hi I would recommend getting in touch with customer service so they can provide a new Sim if the Sim card has stopped working. You can contact them on 0344 809 0202 or 4445 from an O2 pay and go phone.

Hope this helps.

My sim card doesn't work anymore. So I can't receive the code sent to my number.
As the holder of this card, I can show confirmation of my account top-up email or other prior messages from o2.

@peter83it

Customer service can use alternate methods to verify you as the account holder.

Numbers to call here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

The best number to get through seems to be
0800 587 4005

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@peter83it

O2 shops are open in England and Ireland so your best bet is to pop instore. If this is impossible, then feel free to contact O2 on any of the numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Try the one ending in 4005 first. Best of luck.
