I forgot to Top Up and now my number doesn't work!

Hi all!

 

So I forgot to top up and now it says my Sim is not provisioned... I've tried to login into my o2 account and can't get access because they need to send me a text code...which I can't recieve... I've no landline to call customer services... has my number been deleted because I forgot to top up??? Help!!!!

Maybe it's just failed.

Call or pop in store to get a free replacement to check.

Take some ID if you go in store.

Your sim would be disconnected if it wan't used for 6 months.

You can use Skype to contact O2 to reconnect you.

Oh no... I literally only just forgot, should've topped up at the weekend... this is my second month on PAYG... must be something else then...
