Hello, I’m currently on a rolling contract which costs me £14.25 a month. This is for 5GB of free data and unlimited texts and minutes.
I have barely used my texts and minutes and rarely used all 5GB of data.
I was wondering if it is possible to have my tariff price lowered along with lowering the amount of Data, Texts and Minutes I am allocated a month as I feel like I’m overpaying for a service I’m barely actually using?

You can flex your tariff in your MyO2 or if you are due an upgrade, do it through uswitch.
Alternatively, call sales.

Are you on a rolling contract or a Rolling Plan @Sirulian0 ? You have said a rolling contract but have posted on the PAYG board.

There's no PAYG tariffs at £14.25 a month so clearly on a rolling monthly contract.
