I have a lot of credit on my phone. Yet, I cannot buy a bundle, not a rolling plan as I was for a few months on it, but due to irregular income in my bank account; it was not always balanced at transition, which left me no other choice but to use the credit for call and data, please enlight me if this is fair to not be able to renew your bundle with the credit in your phone if there is not enough balance on your bank account at that time.

You need to manually switch to a big bundle tariff.
Do it in your MyO2 or call O2 on 4445
