I can't top up!!!!

Hi, I just bought the pay as you go sim card and i can't top up by dailing 4444 and on the web. I am wondering how i can sort this out.

Yet they claim to have won website of the year for the last three years. It might look pretty but topping up, making payments and buying phones can prove to be impossible at times.
