I tried to find my bill on my O2 app, I also wen to O2 store and they said I don't have bills unless I am on contract? But how is it possible, I also asked other people and they have O2 email the bills every time they pay phone bills. I only have email that says my top-up reverence inserted of a PDF. Where can I see my bills? Thanks

You do not have a bill on PAYG.

You just top up as needed Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)
