Hello team,
I am wondering why i can no longer recieve call on my pay as you sim any longer.
I currently ordered for a monthly tarrif, which i am yet to recieve the sim card..
I requested to keep the pay as you go number.
Please is that the reason i cannot receive calls

O2 are idiots whereby they disconnect your current sim when placing an order for a new sim
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
